One cashback flow that also collects the review.

Electrolux customer story

Challenge

  • Classic promotions cost a lot of handwork. Claims get checked by hand, fake claims eat the budget and reviews come in from all sides. While the campaign runs, you barely see what is happening. Electrolux wanted more grip without adding steps for the shopper.

Solution

  • Scan or click: the shopper gets one personal cashback link, right at the moment of buying.
  • One form: proof of purchase, ID and the review in a single step. No app, no second visit.
  • Honest reviews only: the payout never depends on a good score, so the review stays believable.

The result

Across this appliance program, run with Electrolux, BSH and Beko together, nearly every buyer left a review instead of about 3 in 100. Fraud stayed at 0.1%, against an industry norm of 15 to 20%. Cost per review came in under 10 EUR, where the market pays 50 to 100 EUR. With VAT recovery on cashback payouts, that adds up to 250,000 to 450,000 EUR saved per year for the program as a whole, not for one brand on its own.
